Is it time to begin winding down?

It’s hard to believe that November is almost over. The people I know trying to write a for a novel are getting close to there 50,000 word count. I’m not sure what my word count has been like this month. I know most of my written posts have been over 250 words, and quite a few were more than 500, so I think so far I’ve been happy with my writing, though there have been entirely to many day’s where I was racing the clock to get both my picture of the day and written post done before the clock struck midnight. And at least once I had to fudge my written’s post time a little because I’d run out of day. Still I’m happy with what I’ve written. I’ve upped both my Fatherhood posts and my Geeky Posts. I’ve rebooted my weekly Mobile Posts and even added a weekly Windows post. Forcing myself to write about Fatherhood every Friday also feels right. I’ve managed to get out a letter to both my kids, something I’d been struggling with for months.

The experience has been great but It’s not easy to write a post everyday. Even on day’s where I know what I’m writing about I find that I struggle for words. Still as I look at the calendar and see that I have only a week left I’m struggling with the idea of not posting twice every day. It’s like when I was wrapping up my first year of Project 365. As I sat there looking back on the year at what I had accomplished I was proud. I loved being able to pick any day of the year and have a moment of it recorded. often that one moment is enough to fill in the gaps that creep in over time.  Now as I’m nearing the end of my third year, I can’t imagine stopping. Sure there are day’s where I’m sitting at my desk at 11pm trying to find something I can take a picture of, but even then I capture moments that are usually worth capturing.

So now I face the question, on December first do I go back to just my picture of the day? do I try to keep this crazy pace of writing up? Do I just continue with my theme day’s? I just don’t know what I should do. I wasn’t going to write this post until next week, but as I was doing my weekly recap post for my BlogHer Blog the words just flowed so well, that I decided to move it over here and ask my readers, has my writing been worth reading? Does Blogging everyday bring value to my blog or should I try to go to a regular schedule of posts, Mobile Monday, Windows Wednesday, and Fatherhood Friday. With the occasional other post when the inspiration strikes me. To gauge what my readers think I’ve added a poll to the right side of my blog. Please comment and or vote in the poll to let me know what you think.
