The Santa Train

Today our little family headed out with extended family and friend to go for a ride on the Santa train. It was our first time and it was an enjoyable experience. We arrived early and the kids waited patiently for the train to arrive:

I’m still editing the video I took today, I’ll try to put something together to post this week.

The kids loved the train,

Of course we were waiting to see the big man.

He finally came and Jacob told him that he wanted Trains and little Lego blocks. Violet wasn’t as impressed.

We tried to get a picture of all the kids together, but I think it would have been easier herding cats. Here’s our best shot:

All in all it was a great day, and I’ll be very happy to see it become a regular part of our Christmas tradition.  Of course the scenery was great too, I just wish we had some snow.

I am disappointed,,,,I thought it would be an old style train not a diesel. In spite of that it looks like all of you had a good day.
