POD: Running through the Heat

Between the demands of work and hurting her foot, Melissa hasn’t been running as much as she would have like. So today she changed that. I’m not sure why she chose one of the hottest days of the years to do it, but out she went and ran her furthest distance yet. I’m looking forward to getting out there with her later in the week.
