From Picture of the Day 2013 Today Jacob’s Beaver Troop had a flashlight walk through Colonel Samuel Smith Park. Jacob seemed to have a fun time. I thought the view of the city was spectacular, unfortunately my phone’s camera couldn’t truly capture it. Though Id did like how this picture turned out.
