POD: Trees at Night
Somedays coming up with a picture of the day is harder than others, so today I have a picture I took during Ruby’s last walk of the day. I had hoped to capture a nice picture of the sky, but tonight is overcast and the clouds are boring, but the trees looked cool.
POD: Early Morning Hockey
This morning Violet got out of bed entirely too early so that we could be at CanLan Etobicoke early enough so that she could be on the ice by 7 am with a few of her friends. I captured today’s picture while they kneeled listening to the coach explain the next drill.

This afternoon while puttering around the house I couldn’t help but smile when I saw Banoonoo had taken over Ruby’s bed. So I knew what I had to use for my Picture of the day.

Today while leaving the rink after Violet’s hockey game, I was struck by how pretty the sky looked, so I just had to capture it for my picture of the day.

Today we woke up to a bit of snow on the ground, so while dropping off my better half, I captured this picture of a snow-covered field in Colonel Samuel Smith park, south of the Humber campus.

You don’t get better if you don’t practice, so tonight we were back at the rick for practice.

Today while getting something from our closet I spotted our little kitty snuggled in a corner.
POD: This Cake isn’t a Lie!
So tonight Violet came to me and asked me if she could make a cake. After a little convincing I said sure. So today’s picture of the day is the finished result. I think she didn’t wait for the cake to cool before putting on the icing. Still it’s a tasty cake.
