Another month comes to a close and with it I snap another picture of myself. Today I am riding a subway, I really got to find a way to be more creative with these shots.

Project 365-272: Doll House
Tonight we have a picture of Violet playing with a doll house at Scholars Choice. We were there looking for letters for Jacob. She really liked playing with the doll house, I guess we know something she’ll be getting for Christmas.
Project 365-271: The Queen
Tonight we have a picture of the queen of the house, Chloe. She’s been a bit out of sorts with the new gates, but she’s still the queen. I just wish I could spend my days lounging around like that.
Project 365-270: Jacob’s first Homework
Today Melissa and I helped Jacob with his first homework assignment. It’s a family newspaper. It was great to watch how excited Jacob got, writing out the different headlines and picking out pictures.
Project 365-269: Trip to the Drug Store
Today Melissa took Jacob to the Just for Kids clinical. It seems he’s had a reaction to the Amoxicillan he’s been taking for his latest ear infection. So this evening Jacob and I headed out to pick up the replacement anti-biotics.
Project 365-268: Reading with Mommy
Today was a family day out and about. I snapped this picture while Melissa helped Jacob read some Bob Books. I would love to write more about our day, but I have some work that needs doing and a run that needs running. More tomorrow. Project 365-266: Jacob and his letters
Tonight Jacob grabbed some paper, a pen and some of his scrambled letters and tried to make words. It amazing to watch my little guy sound out words.

In honour of meet the teacher night at Jacob’s school I’ve decided to use a picture of Jacob headding off to school. It was weird client scheduling of today that let me get home in the middle of the day and take such a cute picture of our little school boy.
